Responding to Conflict

Responding to Conflict (RTC) is a not-for-profit organisation based in Birmingham, UK.

RTC specialises in providing practical training in conflict transformation skills to people and organisations working in situations of actual or potential (social and political) conflict. RTC s approach to learning is practical, participative and experience-based. We believe that the insights, existing skills and life-wisdom of participants are an integral part of the training and learning process.

RTC offers a unique and comprehensive selection of courses to suit the varying needs of those working in situations of conflict. Please see below for a brief description of each course, and please contact us if you would like further information.
